What Is This Module About?

The Road to Work: Walking with Offenders in Their Job Journey is a 2-hour asynchronous micro-learning module. Through videos featuring lived experiences, reflections, and practical tips, volunteers will gain insights into the employment challenges faced by offenders, how to support them effectively, and how mindset, motivation, and identity shape reintegration through work. 

By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with:
